Blog Exercise #7
Today in our presentation we talked about Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions and each one of us had a topic to talk about with examples.
My topic was about short-term Orientation and I covered the following points:
- Analytical thinking
- Respect for tradition
- Main work values include freedom, rights achievement, and thinking for oneself.
Other then that, there was another topic about Long-term Orientation that my friend covered.
