Culture Shock
One day Todd was called to his
manger’s office Dave, he told him that he has to go to India to train the new
call center manger and that came like a shock to him, at first he didn’t
believe it, he thought its some kind of prank but Dave told him its not a prank
nor a joke they needed him there. Even tho Todd refused to go over and over,
but in the end he had to go to keep his job. When Todd arrived in India he was
shocked by the culture, he faced many situations that made him feel unhappy. But
then he started to adapt when Aisha who works in the call center where he was
sent told him that he should learn about India and worked out for him. After
learning about India’s culture and adapting with their daily life, he had to go
back to America because his work was done in India. When he got back to America
he was shocked again when he realized that the both cultures in India and
America are so different, so he started re-adjusting in America and adapting in
his home country.
